Refund Policy

Elfia Themes sells digital products, so a refund cannot be undone by returning a file. That is exactly why the demo is public and the documentation is open before you buy — look first, then decide.

The 14-day window

If a theme is not what you expected, write within 14 days of purchase and the payment is refunded in full. No form to fill in and no interrogation — a sentence about what went wrong is enough, and it helps the next version.

When a refund is not possible

After 14 days, or once a licence key has been used to receive several updates. Refunds also do not cover a change of mind about the price, or a theme that works exactly as demonstrated but does not suit a design you had in mind.

If a bug is the reason, tell Anastasi first. Most things are fixed within a day and you keep the theme.

How to ask

Write from the address you used at checkout, name the theme and the order number, and say what did not work. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, usually within five working days.
