Elfia Themes is a small shop run by one person. It collects the minimum needed to sell a theme and answer your email — nothing is sold, rented or handed to advertisers.

What is collected

At checkout: your name, email address and billing details, which are required to issue the order and the licence. Payment card data never touches this site — it goes straight to the payment provider.

By email: whatever you choose to write. Support threads are kept so that a follow-up question does not start from zero.

Cookies

WordPress and WooCommerce set cookies to keep your cart and your login session working. There is no advertising network and no cross-site tracking pixel on this site.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept as long as tax rules require. Support email is kept while it is still useful and deleted on request.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of your data, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion — write to the support address and Anastasi will handle it herself.
